From box to working.
Install the board
Power the machine down fully and seat the board in any free PCIe slot. The 75T needs a full-height slot; the 35T fits half-height chassis. Fit the supplied bracket before you close the case.
Connect the control link
Run the USB-C cable from the board's bracket port to a USB 3.0 port on your second machine. Use the supplied cable — thin charge-only cables will enumerate at USB 2.0 speeds and throughput will drop.
Flash your firmware image
Unzip the package we emailed you, run the flashing tool as administrator and select your board. Do not disconnect power during the write. The tool verifies the image and reboots the board when it finishes.
Wire up the peripherals
Plug your keyboard and mouse into the HID Bridge's input ports and the Bridge's output into the target machine. Route the target's display output into the capture card, then chain the passthrough to your monitor.
Run the diagnostic
The bundled diagnostic reports negotiated link width, sustained throughput and device state. If link width reads below spec, reseat the board and try a different slot before contacting us.
Common questions.
The 75T if your case takes a full-height card — it has the four-lane uplink, twice the memory and the highest sustained throughput. The 35T is the better choice for small-form-factor builds or if you want a lower entry price; the toolchain and firmware pipeline are identical.
Yes. The board installs in the target machine and the USB-C control link runs to a second machine that talks to it. The capture card lets you see the target's display on that second machine without a KVM.
Custom builds are delivered by email within 24 hours of your order, usually much sooner. We need your board's serial number, which you can add in the notes field at checkout or send to us afterwards. Rebuilds are free for twelve months.
Boards ship with a working stock image so you can verify the hardware immediately. The Custom Firmware Build is a separate product, and it's already included in the Complete Kit.
Contact us with your order number and the diagnostic output. Confirmed hardware faults inside twelve months are replaced and we cover return postage both ways.
All major credit and debit cards through Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of this hardware complies with the laws and terms of service that apply to them.
